When the supplies arrived, I didn't know what to expect. I was just wow'ed! I told anyone who would listen about it. I gave out a few tins of truffles and extended verbal invites with smiles. Our house party was smaller then hoped for because a lot my husband's co-workers are deployed members of the United States Army. But those who did attend are just buzzing about the whole experience — from the wonderfully dark 67% Cacao Santo Domingo (that had a slight fruity taste) to the surprising 65% dark chocolate with nibs. Those nibs give off a satisfing crunch similiar to chocolate-covered espresso beans.

We had wine with our tasting and a wonderful time was had by all! One of the partygoers described the night as: "Not too acidic, not astringent, and definitely not bitter. There was a slight earthy feel to the evening, with added sweetness and a hint of spice." So much fun.

Hershey's, all I can say is thank you, thank you, thank you!!! We had a blast! Cacao Reserve truffles are my first choice in premium chocolate from now on. I already hinted to hubby they would be a great stocking stuffer. Some of the guests hadn't even heard of it before the party — what a brilliant way to get the word out!

I had a BLAST!! Everyone loved the chocolate — the Arriba one was the biggest hit. I made goodie bags for everyone & gave out little door prizes. Thank you for letting us try this fabulous chocolate. The milk chocolate truffles are to DIE for!!! Love them!!!
