I love the party package! The totes are so nice! I made photocopies of some of my fave recipes from the cookbook and am putting them in the giftbags. I also got cute little notebooks and pens to be used as a food diary to put in the bags. I'm thinking about putting in a bottle or 2 of water and maybe some type of healthy snacks to throw in to make the bags look full :) I'm going to take "before" pictures of everyone and I also made up some gift baskets to raffle off. Each gift basket has all the ingredients and recipe for a healthy meal (with a $5 gift card to the food store for any meat or refrigerated ingredients) I hope everyone has a great party!

Here are some questions to consider as you begin your preparations:
- How am I going to decorate?
- What low-fat foods am I going to serve?
- What about beverages?
- What other activities should I include?
- What “extras” will help foster a healthy eating atmosphere?
Tell us about your plans.

It’s time to get your friends and family in on the action.
How do you go about inviting guests to your party?
3 easy ways:
- Email them. Use your House Party Guest List tool to invite guests online.
- Snail mail them. Use your House Party Guest List tool to print an invitation and then send it out.
- Ask them in person. When you do, be sure to add them to your House Party Guest List so you can track all the RSVP’s in one place.
Remember to encourage your guests to check out your party site and get involved with the blogs and the buzz!
How are you inviting your guests?

I have 9 people so far but I invited them in person. I really wasn't sure which way was better (e-mail or in person) but the personal invite worked great. I was able to answer alot of questions on the spot and I think it was easier for the guest to accept the invite and not feel embarassed once they knew what it was all about
