We had a blast! Everyone had tattoos. and bumper stickers. We played trucker games, the funnest was when people wrote down trucker slang (like they do the breaker breaker this is XX) and everyone had to figure out what the "trucker" was trying to say. The DVD was big hit and my guests cant wait for season 2!!!

To make sure your party day is all about fun, take a moment now to finalize party plans. Don't forget...
- Plan your menu, and consider any last minute needs
- Pick up an extra bag of ice
- Charge your camera batteries (and be sure to take lots of party pictures and upload them to your party site)
- Decorate your house
- Plan your activities
- Ask for a helping hand—guests are always looking for ways to be helpful

June 1st will be here before you know it. It’s time to shift into gear for your Ice Road Truckers party. Questions to be considering now:
- What should I serve? Maybe barbecue or heroes? Of course, there’s always COLD cuts and FROZEN drinks!
- How am I going to decorate? Toy trucks? Posters from last season? Pictures of favorite characters?
- What activities should I plan before and after the sneak-peek DVD?
- What “extras” will make the party more fun?

We will be having snowcones/Iceys/slushys. It is an Ice Road Truckers party after all. ;) This is always a hit and you can feel safe using it as an activity for kids old enough to pour from a gallon of milk. We let kids come up with their own flavor mixtures and shake them up. There is always a snow cone making table set up by the pool when we BBQ. I think the flavor concocting and mixing them up is as fun for the kids as eating them. This cheap and fun activity is always a winner. I'm asking everyone to wear their favorite truckers hat.
I love that it reminded me of my trucking days, especially through some serious blizzards in Iowa, Wyoming, Canada, etc. It reminded of how unique it is to live the life of a trucker.
Then we went to Alaska and Canada, WOW! It only added to my imagination as to how grueling ice trucking must be!

I just got my package :) My daughter will get the shirt due to the size :) The package is a little light compared to previous party packages, but I am making some awesome goodie bags with some Hot Wheels semi's I bought, and I am making Ice Road Truckers Iron-on transfers (from the logos in the party favors section) to put in the goodie bags. Then everyone will get a tattoo and bumper sticker, and 9 lucky guests will get either a can cooler, key chain, or air freshener :) The DVD is the most important item of the package :)

Now that you’re hosting an Ice Road Truckers House Party, it’s time to get old fans and soon-to-be ones in on the party action. How can you invite people to your House Party? Here’s 3 easy ways:
- Email them—Use Your House Party Guest List tool to invite guests online.
- Snail mail them—Use your Guest List tool to print an invitation and then send it out.
- Ask them in person—Then be sure to add them to your House Party Guest List so you can track all the RSVP’s in one place.

I'm so excited about the party and can't wait! My brother-in-law and his girlfriend drive a truck but will be in town for the party he is excited about seeing it before it premeres. Lot's of beer on ice and grilling out!
