Party Pack

What will be in my Party Pack?

Your exclusive Party Pack will contain:

For you, the host

  • 1 FreshDirect oven mitt

For you and your guests

  • 14 FreshDirect brochures with a special offer
  • 14 FreshDirect notepads
  • 14 FreshDirect reusable shopping bags
  • 14 FreshDirect aprons
  • 14 FreshDirect recipe packets

Please note:
You’ll receive an email from House Party with an e-gift certificate code to FreshDirect.com to buy ingredients for your FreshDirect Gourmet Your Way House Party. Once your order has been placed, FreshDirect will deliver it directly to your door. They can deliver as early as the next day and will let you choose a two-hour delivery window.

When can I expect my Party Pack?

You should receive your Party Pack by end of the day Tuesday, April 10, 2012. It will be shipped via FedEx; you’ll receive a tracking number by email from FedEx once it ships. Please check your junk mail or spam folder for this tracking email.

What do I do if I don’t receive my Party Pack?

This doesn’t happen often, but if you don’t receive your Party Pack by end of the day Tuesday, April 10, 2012, please email help@houseparty.com. Please note that we cannot send any replacement Party Packs or Party Pack items after April 25, 2012.

FreshDirect Order

Who do I contact if I have issues with my FreshDirect order, delivery, etc?

Please contact FreshDirect’s customer service directly at (212) 796 – 8002 if you have issues with your e-gift certificate code, order, delivery or anything else regarding FreshDirect. Be sure to let them know that you are a House Party host.
