Hard to believe, but your party date is not that far away. Hosts across the country are planning their Hasbro Game Night parties right now.

As you begin, ask yourself:

  • What should I serve?
  • How should I decorate?
  • What other activities should I plan?
  • What can I do to make the party great?

Share your party plans! The more we share, the better parties we’ll have.

We are inviting families with kids and having a kids game area. We are serving watermelon and ice cream along with all the crackers and I am making my homemade cheeseballs. Should be fun. I know everyone is excited.

We're going to BBQ... chicken and burgers for the adults, hot dogs for the kids, with baked beans, corn on the cob, watermelon, and potato salad. Snacks will include our family's favorite cheeseball to go with the Wheat Thins... I still need an appetizer recipe to go with the Triscuits, though! Dessert will be an ice cream sundae bar with Hershey's Pieces as a topping choice. While the adults play our new Hasbro games, the older kids are going to play Hasbro children's games (Operation, Connect4, etc.). I need to figure out what to do for decorations... I need to read through all the other comments for ideas!

Let's opt for a slightly healthier game time! Salad, Bread Thins for sandwiches, finding recipes for lighter calorie desserts also!

I can't wait for party night to be here! I am going to a local bakery and seeing if they can put the Hasbro Logo on some edible paper and I am making a cake and putting that on! I am also buying mini versions of favorite board games and card games and turning them into party favors!

I'm excited to be hosting for Hasbro game night! I will be serving snacks, drinks and dessert through the night. Friends are bringing their favorite home made dips to go with the Wheat Thins and Triscuit. I'm still working on the decorations, love the idea of old board games covered in contact paper for serving pieces! I still have to raid the dollar store for some fun pieces.

I posted a yummy recipe for a chip dip on my site. 123comepartywithme.com. I made it for a party last night and it was the first one gone. It would be way yummy on triscut crackers!
