I am a BIG Nicholas Sparks Fan because I can relate to his characters and the way he writes it's as if you are there in the story. I love the way that you can vizualize the scenes in his books. You can feel the slight breeze at the ocean, smell the salt in the air, and feel the touch of the sand without ever being there. I love his books.

I was visiting my grandmother one day and she mentioned how much she enjoyed reading, "A Walk To Remember." I had just borrowed it from a friend's mom myself and it struck me that this somewhat new author was reaching a wide age range of fans. I love watching the love stories unfold and I love that he always uses his general area as the setting. My husband would hate me exposing this...but he cries every time he watches "The Notebook" with me! Nicholas Sparks manages to touch everyone...youthful, elderly, and both genders. That's talent as far as I'm concerned!

I was hooked into Nicholas Sparks by first watching "The Notebook". I saw the movie and LOVED it, then I thought I would try to read the book. I was still in high school and hated reading, but I couldn't put the book down. I'm a hopeless romantic and this book was filled with a great romance. After I read that one I moved onto "The Wedding", quickly finishing all of his books that were out at the time, and pretty soon I was running to the store on the release date for each of his new books. I would devour them within a week! I love that the books have real characters who aren't always perfect and sometimes make mistakes. Even if a book has a sad ending I still come back for more. Oddly enough one of my favorite books was "The Choice." I love how it was written with the flashbacks and how the choice was not about Gabby choosing to be with Travis, but Travis' choice about Gabby's life.

The realistic characters and exciting romances in each of the books just pull you into the book and let you live the story with them. I have been a Nicholas Sparks fan for many years. I have a collection of every book he has written and impatiently wait for each new book to come to the public. The first day the new books are on the shelf, I rush out to start the next new adventure. I have also seen each of the movies and have been so impressed with each, still you cannot go without reading the book and falling in love with the characters. Please keep the romance and drama coming our way!!

I am a newer Nicholas Sparks Fan. I've watched movies in the past but only recently I found my love for his books. The stories are full of dept, character and romance. I wish to be a writer near as good as Nicholas Sparks some day. I am a fan of his determination and creativity. My dream is to write for a living and he has succeeded very successfully might I add. His words speak to a wide variety of people. The characters are thought out and identifiable. The stories touch a variant of ages. My Grandma at 76yrs old and of a 50yrs plus marriage is a fan. In contrast I’m 29yrs old and getting married to my love in June. It is amazing how many lives can be affected differently by 1 story, just think how many lives are touched with the numerous stories written.
