FedEx came yesterday during the 1 hour that I wasn't home, so I called & asked that they come earlier or later and NOT at 2pm (which is when they came yesterday) since that is when I pick up my son from school, so again today-I waited until 1:45 and then I left a note on the door telling them I would be home in 1 hour and sure enough the driver came at 2pm and I missed him again, he left a note saying that is the "only time" he can come, so I called them back & asked if they could make other arrangements and either come by 1:45 pm or after 3pm because I don't think its fair that the driver is going to come at 2pm every day knowing I will not be home. They are supposed to call me back but if they cannot get here tomorrow at those times, then I will have to make other arrangements to have someone else pick up my son from school (since I cannot get to the FedEx location). I'm sure it will somehow all get worked out by tomorrow, but I wanted to let houseparty know (I called you guys & left a message too) that I don't think FedEx is being very courteous or professional about this delivery. There is only 1hour out of the ENTIRE day that I wouldn't be home and I think it is very unproffesional of them to tel me that that is the ONLY time they can come, since they are being paid to deliver these packages, they should try to work with the recipients, I don't think it is too much to ask for them to come either before 2 or after 3, its not like I live in the middle of nowhere.
