If you didn't get your party package......

contact us !

House Party and the party sponsors are handling 500+ packages (or more)  at a time - some might be delayed or damaged in shipping.  It is unfortunate and we certainly try to prevent this, but sometimes it happens. We sincerely apologize and ask that you please contact us if there is an issue with your package.  We will do everything we can to remedy the situation as quickly as possible.

Thanks for being a part of the Kmart House Party and, thank you for your patience and understanding if your party package is delayed!

I didn't receive my K-mart House Party package, therefore, I have not been able to host this event as I had wanted and had gotten accepted for. Why did I never receive this item???

I never received anything. I am new at this, and wasn't sure what to expect...but I sure didn't expect "nothing". I wonder if I did something wrong.

I didn't get my party pack either but had a party anyway ,why not . If I do get a party pack I will have another party.

I also have not received my party package and had to cancel. definately will reschedule if it arrives.

I have never recived a party package so i had to cancel my party if i still recieve it i can reschedule we will see if it comes...

I did get my package but it came late. By this time we were not in the mood. We still had a great time.

Pattrice- I am going through the same exact thing!! I also had to cancel my party. I just received my package about 20 minutes ago! And when I looked at the list of participating stores they were in a different state! I have a Kmart right up the street from me, about 5 mins away!! What a waste!

well suprise on me in more ways than one ...I just had UPS drop off my package and it is too late as I have already called everyone to cancel. Good thing I did because the only place for my guests to enter the contest is in another state! Why did you pick me for this promotion? No One I know is going to drive to another state, waste expensive gas and pay a bridge toll to put a slip of paper in a box on the off chance they might win when our local Kmart is less than 10 minutes away and they aren't even upgrading it!...extremely dissappointing....this whole thing was a bust!
