Beginning September 7th, 2006, and continuing through the contest period, the rules and regulations for the FEAR FACTOR FACTORY CHALLENGE "MIX IT, MASH IT, EAT IT" GIVEAWAY CONTEST will be posted on the (RC2 Fear Factory) & (House Party) national and individual hosts web sites. The contest period is for 29 days only Saturday, September 16 - Monday, October 16, beginning at 12:00:00am Saturday, September 16, ending at 11:59:59pm Monday, October 16.

HOW TO ENTER:
On Saturday, September 16, beginning at 12:00:00am, House Party hosts who held a Fear Factor Factory Challenge Game house party at their house on Saturday, September 16th, are qualified to upload digital pictures, or digital video taken at their parties onto their individual Fear Factor Factory Challenge Game web sites to display for voting. The hosts and the party guests are then allowed to email friends and family with their individual house party web site URL to cast votes for the coolest of all the Fear Factor Factory Challenge Game house parties.

HOW TO WIN:
Starting at 12:00:00am Tuesday, October 17, the votes will be counted and the 5 eligible House Parties with the most votes will win the Grand Prize. Winning parties will be posted on the national House Party web site at www.houseparty.com/fearfactory, individual host's House Party web site, and the RC2 Fear Factor Factory site at www.joyridestudios.com/FearFactor and will be notified directly by RC2 Corp. via phone or email.

In the event that RC2 Corp. does not connect with any of the top 5 House Party host winners within 14 days to confirm delivery information for providing the Grand Prize, the Grand Prize will then be given to the next House Party that received the most votes after the # 5 top-scoring House Party.

In the event that RC2 has made contact with a winner, but the Grand Prize is not deliverable to the address provided to RC2 from a winner, that winner will forfeit their opportunity to receive their Grand Prize.

PRIZE:
Five (5) Grand Prize packages, with a total fair market value of $736.99 each. Each Grand Prize package consisting of twenty (20) Season 1 Fear Factor DVDs, one (1) Sony Cyber-shot® DSC-S500 Digital Camera, two (2) Johnny Lightning Monsters of Destruction vehicles, one (1) Johnny Lightning Rip Racers, one (1) Johnny Lightning Rip Charger.

TOTAL FAIR MARKET VALUE OF PRIZE:
$736.99 (Fair market value of Grand Prize package is the sum of the values assigned to each prize element by respective providers of the prizes)

RC2 Corp., or any of the prize contributors, may substitute another prize of equal value, in the event of non-availability of an announced prize element within the Grand Prize.

ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS:
No purchase necessary to participate or win. Void where prohibited.

Only open to House Party hosts that are U.S residents, who held a party in their house on Saturday, September 16th.

Must be 18 years or older to enter.

Valid identification (driver's license, birth certificate, Social Security card, or valid state or Federal ID) must be provided to RC2 Corp to claim prizes. RC2 is not required to honor other forms of identification or any identification that has been tampered with or altered.

Winners must provide name, address, phone number, date of birth, and Social Security number or Federal ID number.

Full time and part-time employees of RC2 Corp, House Party Inc., and any organization or agency affiliated with this contest, their immediate family or anyone who resides in the same household as the employee are ineligible to participate and/or win.

Only one Grand Prize winner per household will be allowed.

CONDITIONS:
All prizes are non-refundable, non-redeemable, and non-transferable. No cash substitution of prizes allowed.

Winner is solely responsible for all applicable taxes, fees, and duties. All Federal, state, and local taxes apply. Value of prizes exceeding $600.00 or an aggregate of $600.00 or more won in RC2-conducted contests during any one (1) calendar year period is reported to the Internal Revenue Service as additional income received. The amount reported to the IRS for income tax purposes will be the fair market value of the prize at the time the contest is initiated, or as soon as an accurate determination of value can be made. Fair market value is determined by each prize provider at their sole discretion.

Winners must sign a liability release form relieving RC2 Corp, House Party Inc. and other prize providers of any liability for damage or harm winner(s) might incur in claiming or using the prize. Failure to sign the release form will result in forfeiture of the prize(s).

Winner is responsible for all other expenses except as listed in the OFFICIAL RULES. RC2 will not provide any additional money for any expenses incurred as a result of claiming or using the prize(s).

RC2 Corp. and House Party, Inc. reserve the right to use contest winner's names, photograph, and/or likeness for promotional and publicity purposes at any time without advance permission or knowledge required or any additional compensation, including but not limited to RC2 Corp. Fear Factor Factory product packaging, RC2 partner retailer store displays and promotional assets, RC2 and House Party family of web sites including but not limited to www.rc2corp.com, www.joyridestudios.com, www.joyridestudios.com/FearFactor , www.houseparty.com/fearfactory, www.houseparty.com, RC2 and House Party publicity communications.

RC2 Corp. and House Party, Inc. are not responsible for any technical difficulties including but not limited to equipment failure due to an electrical failure, acts of God outside of Companys' control, events causing interruption of web service outside of Company's control, or any other malfunction of telephone, or internet equipment or service, that may occur during the voting days, which may prevent votes for individual parties in getting recorded and counted.

RC2 Corp. and House Party, Inc. are not responsible for defective prizes, or prizes damaged during delivery.

Winners agree that the prize will not be sold, given away, nor in any other manner be used in direct promotion of any business.

RC2 Corp reserves the right of final decision in all matters pertaining to this contest.

Due to unforeseen circumstances that can arise from time to time, the FEAR FACTOR FACTORY CHALLENGE "MIX IT, MASH IT, EAT IT" GIVEAWAY CONTEST can be discontinued at any time during the contest's promotional period.

LIMITATIONS:
RC2 Corp, House Party, Inc., or any parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies, officers, directors, agents or employees are not responsible for any expenses the winner(s) incur due to illness, injury, or loss of life in claiming or using their Grand Prize and its contents.

RULES:
Any persons violating any of the above rules may be required to forfeit the Grand Prize package.
