When the supplies arrived, I didn't know what to expect. I was just wow'ed! I told anyone who would listen about it. I gave out a few tins of truffles and extended verbal invites with smiles. Our house party was smaller then hoped for because a lot my husband's co-workers are deployed members of the United States Army. But those who did attend are just buzzing about the whole experience — from the wonderfully dark 67% Cacao Santo Domingo (that had a slight fruity taste) to the surprising 65% dark chocolate with nibs. Those nibs give off a satisfing crunch similiar to chocolate-covered espresso beans.
