It has come to our attention that some of your NEO Shifters have been injured in battle. If your NEO Shifters buildable action figure came with less than 2 rubber bands, you should be on the lookout for an email asking for your contact information so replacement rubber bands can be sent to you. In the meantime, regular rubber bands will serve as an excellent substitute.
It is almost time for battle! Make sure your Party Page is up to date and you are prepared for the big day.

I got the email & it confused me a bit..What rubber bands? Like the blue rubber things for the large neo? I got that one, if thats it. :D
