You Oughtta Be In Pictures

From the Cartoon Network 3D House Party Event

...and videos, and blogs...

Great friends. Fun shows. 3D glasses and other party stuff. What more do you need for great party memories?

To make sure those memories last beyond the weekend, and to share them with guests and other friends afterward, be sure to take lots of photos and video of your party.

Photos are easy: Just make sure you've got batteries (and space on that memory card), then point and click.

Are videos harder? Not really. Not sure what to say? Don't worry; there's no script. Just ask your guests some simple questions. "What's your favorite show?" "Which part was funniest?" "What are you going to be for Halloween?"

The answers will be worth remembering... and sharing here on your party site!

Well, we had the party Oct. 6 and it was a blast. We had hamburgers and hot dogs. And then all kinds of candy. I made all the guests goody bags including the tattoos and 3D glasses that came in the package. I also added some yummy candy, and some spooky holloween type toys. I wish I would have taken more pictures though. I was just so busy hosting and having fun I just didn't get the chance. I would have loved to get more pictures of the tattoos and people wearing the 3D glasses!

We received our package on thursday afternoon. We had a great time with our party. The kids loved the movie had a little bit of a hard time with the glasses but we just put a string on them and it worked just fine. Thanks cartoon network and houseparty it was a great experience.

We all had a great time, especially me, lol. I have a big screen tv, when I pull the blinds it is like being at the show! My package came late on Friday (6 pm), but we were thrilled. Served a nice lunch before the show. We really enjoyed the tattoos and hair color. We used some tape on the 3D glasses and they stayed on just fine. I heard a lot of OHHH's and WHOA'S from the girls during the show. We will watch it again before Halloween. Thanks Cartoon Network for making ME a popular Grandma!

Good to hear those who received it had a great time. We still didn't receive our package here in Ottawa, Ont. Canada & the kids are extremely disappointed. I moved the party to next Thursday evening. I sure hope it comes cuz I would hate to disappoint this little angels once again over this.

FLORIDA PARTY DAY! Our package arrived by 2pm yesterday (Friday) and we had lots of fun going through it to find all the partyware, tattoos, 3D glasses, certificate, and fun hair paints. We just had our party as scheduled today! We are so excited - there was lots of snacks, decorations, tattoos, and the 3D glasses were a craft project themselves!!! We also discovered just how fun Shrinky Dinks can be!! We copied Fosters Characters onto the plastic sheets and baked them into little charms! Too much fun! We had a houseful of happy kids and parents. THE BEST PART was the Foster's 3D epidsode CD, "Nightmare on Wilson Way". We watched it twice right away because it's so great! The 3D effects are the best I've even seen - on big screen or TV...Thanks so much House Party and Cartoon Network!!!

The package was a bit of a letdown and the glasses were TERRIBLE. I didn't get to watch but a minute of the show because I had to keep "fixing" the glasses (that I had to rip apart and put together myself- grrr). What I did see was really fun, though, even through those annoying disclaimers at the bottom of the screen through most of the show. Why send us a disc if you are going to put words over the screen? :( Felt like I "stole" the disc or something! Although the kids hated the glasses, they loved the shows and the tattoos!

I called FedEx and complained that I did not get my package and they said they would have the driver call me today. I guess no party at my house today. Houseparty needs to switch to UPS.

I have a lot of people coming to my house today. I spent a lot of money on food, snacks and drinks and other decorations. I have been up ,most of the night baking and I have still not got my package. I guess if it doesn't come today we will be hafving a big get together and no cartoon network. This stinks because I put a lot of time, money and energy into this. What disappointment for my guests!!!

grandson a little upset with grandma and mommy for not having the party on the date but daycare said that she can show the movie there and so he is happy again. bless her heart I gave her everything including the food and she was so excited that she said she was going to join in on the fun of hosting her own party thru house party.com

We finally got our package today at 5:25pm. So, we got the DVD, tons of 3-d glasses (I'm gonna send some to my daughter and her husband in Texas, my sister and her family because they have to go to a funeral and can't make it, and my neices in Ohio so they can all watch it next Friday), and everything else included. Then I have balloons, Halloween decoration, favors and gift bags, cupcakes, p-nut butter sandwiches, popcorn, chocolate milk,apple juice, marshmallow "Bloos", and . We're ready to party. 12 hours to go! I'll post tons of pictures.

yes, pictures it will be, with painted hair, 3D glasses on, and who know what else, but we do know its gonna be fun and lots of pictures from the front door to the last person leaving !

Here in CA... Fed EX left my package at my apartment door. I never signed for anything and someone stoled stuff out of it. That was yesterday. So I am waiting for another package to come by 12 pm tommorow afternoon. I am not giving up!! I still have everything planned!! :)

In BC, Canada here and no parcel as yet. Soooooo I guess I need to cancel the party for tomorrow and reset the date after it arrives for sure. Very sad it didn't arrive on time though as we were having a house full this weekend with lots of kids since it is Thanksgiving weekend for us Canucks! Oh well.... could be worse things in life that's for sure.
