Well, I must say I am disappointed that the person we suggested didn't get chosen. It would have been a great help to someone in need. I understand that it was a random draw though, so I guess I shouldn't feel too bad. Kind of like playing the lottery. We had a great time at our party though.

I received a phone call yesterday that the person I chose won as well. I DID pick an individual and he just found out today that he gets a new car!!! Thank you Ford and Houseparty!!!

I agree with "ultimategrafx"-too bad more individuals weren't chosen. My person has struggled for a long time and deserves to be recognized and be awarded something HELPFUL. Oh well-maybe another time! I had a good party anyway...and I love my new fords soooo...cest la vie! :)

The group I chose won one of the FORDS! I got the call when I was out to dinner with my son...it is very exciting~
I did not ask if I could tell them, because I thought it was houseparty's obligation.
Of course, I would LOVE to be the one to tell them~

I guess it had to be an organization, I would think it would be nice to give to individuals who give to their community because those are the ones that never get recognized, organizations get donations all the time. Hopefully it's not over yet, and they still have some choosing to do!

I also just got a call that my organization won! I almost passed out. I was told I could call them and let them know....so I did. I think they almost passed out too! I am soooo excited! And grateful! Thank you House Party and Ford!!!!!!

The party was so much fun, I'd do it again.
I understand April 8th is the date they tell us who gets to give the Ford cars.

Thanks for a great house party! The Ford Big Drive was lots of fun. The show was great - and we agree with the other posts that Rae was totally obsessed with her own agenda. It's unfortunate that she let her own passions override best judgement; however, if I had been on her team you better believe I would have tied her down in a closet before she ever hit that Carnegie Stage!!!

Thanks Ford we had an awsome time. it was so clear what rae was doing right from the start. It's unfortunate that even with the best intentions you can let some things sway you! We took some pictures but we were having so much fun. We had our own little give away and drew names for some gift cards. It felt so good even on that small scale. I was proud to be part of this party.

I guess I was so excited I thought it said 7th for that. (Chemo-brain kicks in when I get nervous or excited and I get mixed up.) At least I got everything in on time. Yes, it was way past time for Rae to go. I could not believe how she was acting. I'm glad your party was a success even without the pictures!

They decide who wins the 2 Fords April 8th. It tells all about it in the rules section. I am so glad I went and read them again!
Our party was a blast! We had friends over for a cookout and watched. We ALL agreed it was way past time for Rae to go home! We were all very upset that she worked her dream into the other ladies dream.
It was hard to come up with someone who we thought was really deserving and in need of a new Ford. We were all very thankful that none of our friends or family were in the situation that the two people on the show were in. God Is Good!
I am really upset about one other thing. I was so busy making introductions, and making sure everyone got enough to eat, that I forgot to take any pictures! :(
