To make sure your party day is all about fun, take a moment now to finalize party plans. Don't forget...

Plan your menu, and consider any last minute needs like plenty of baby spoons.

  • Charge your camera batteries (and be sure to take lots of party pictures and upload them to your party site)
  • Decorate your house
  • Plan your activities and games
  • Ask your guests to lend a hand

What last minute tips do you have for your fellow hosts?

I've prepared all my food today. Cleaned the play area. Goodie bags are all together- since I have some toddlers coming I went out & bought some organic Gerber Graduate foods for their bags. This will be so much fun!

We are so excited to have this party tomorrow. My only advice is for everyone to relax and enjoy. Our babies grow up so fast and to have a few hours to spend with friends is precious.

Enjoy and good luck.

I decorate the day before, this way I can take my time and not be rushed and I get to enjoy the decor before the party, cuz then I will be busy busy. Its going to be a great party and fun with the babies all together enjoying their Gerber organics. also, I learned from house party to have guests lend a hand if needed! thankyou gerber and hp.

One of my guests is actually the photographer who did my family photo shoot! We're super excited (and she has a baby girl, I have boys). I'm doing a quiz to test their knowledge for a prize. And of course fact sheets with the info from the quiz. Baby wipes...hm...I don't use those. My babies get butt rash from them. I will have a diaper changing area set up in the bathroom on counter with powder, changing mat, etc.

What a great idea to have plenty of baby wipes around! I'll have to get more out for the party.
If you are giving new baby spoons/dishes/sippy cups as part of your goody bags, remember to wash them first! I know I would appreciate that as I always take time to wash new utensils before using them.

I can't wait for our Gerber House Party this weekend! I made onesies for the babies with the Gerber logo on them. I downloaded the image from this site, reversed it in PhotoShop, printed it on t-shirt transfer paper and just ironed it on. It was so easy and I think the moms (and babies) will love them!

We made it a MNO, instead of babies and it was a lot of fun. We just talked about "going green" and organic food. It was nice to relax without the kiddos and everyone LOVED the goodie bags!!

BIBS!!! Lots of wet wipes.

We decorated with the Gerber loga as a center piece.

I also have a mom who is bringing a babyfood cake. Not sure what it is or how it'll taste, but it sure sounds good ;)
