Thank you House Party and Cartoon Network, the party was a complete blast for the kids! We had 30, 10 year old boys (23) & girls (7) attend the party. The food ideas from everyone on the site were just fabulous. As crazy as they all were for the Jedi duel, there was nothing but quiet children when we started the show, they LOVED it! My son felt like the coolest kid on the planet after his party!

I just finished making Tshirts for the kids! I went to WalMart last night and got a pack of iron on transfer paper and a couple of packs of plain white shirts, came home printed some Star Wars colored pictures on it and this morning made some Star Wars shirts that even had the kid's names on them! They are great! They are on their way now! I can't wait to see the look on all of their faces. My kids can't wait. My husband dressed up as Darth Vader a few years ago for Halloween so he's already wearing his costume that he had and is waiting to greet them when they get here!

We had to move our party up a day so we did it lastnite! It was a movie night/sleepover! Luckily, everyone could still make it! They didn't want to miss this! I couldn't believe how quiet all the boys were while watching the show, even my 3 year old! We all had a blast! The kids had to watch it again as soon as they got up this morning (and so did my husband)! I will be posting pictures later today.

We just had our party, it was such a blast. Most kids arrived way early b/c they were so excited. I could not believe how quiet they were & how intensely they watched the preview. The masks were a big hit, I gave out all the goodies in the Target Star Wars bags & also threw in SW pencils... We had brownies, cupcakes, chips, pretzels, popcorn, & juice boxes. We waited for it to get dark & lit up the glow sticks & they loved those. (We put them on the edge of the counter & gave them a little push, they lit up so bright.) Everyone took home a balloon. So fun, thank you house party we are forever grateful!! (O: The replacement dvd arrived just in time, thanks a million!! Happy in Arizona!!

We are so excitged for our party tomorrow night! We rearranged the kids playroom with the couches, chairs, bean bags and floor pillows all facing one wall. Mu husband hooked up a projector so the show wil play on the wall. We are having pizza, yoda soda, light saber pretzels, sugar cookies that spell out star wars and a clone wars cake with the printable picture on it. We have 17 kids coming so we are sending one poster home with each family, raffling off the light saber as a door prize, and getting some extra masks at the party store. Will post pictures after!!!

WOW! We just had our party and the boys LOVED IT! I made light saber giant pretzels (I used colored vanilla bark)--we had red, green and blue light sabers. We played "pin the light saber on the Yoda". I put one of the posters on the wall after copying Yoda's light saber onto card stock for each of the boys. That games was a big hit. We also played "who am I" with Star Wars characters. Check out our pics (I'm putting them on next)--we had a blast! Two boys even said it was the best party they've ever been to! Guess all the money I've been spending on birthday parties was a waste, lol. THANKS HOUSE PARTY AND CARTOON NETWORK!

Hi Everyone! We just had our party and IT WAS FABULOUS! The kids were beyond excited. We started at 5:00, with snacks, then pizza and yoda soda. Dessert was red velvet cupcakes with yoda green and light sabre blue frosting. The biggest hit was the Darth Malts (vanilla ice cream floating in Cheerwine). I've just posted a few photos here http://houseparty.com/party/74063
May the force be with everyone still to have their parties; it was so much fun! Thanks Houseparty and CN!

Thanks to everyone on all the ideas and where to get things. Went to Target today and picked up the yo-yos, pens, then on to a party store to get more masks, couple more yo-yo's and then on to the dollar store for some foam swords that I'm going to cover with either white duct tape or tissue paper to make them into light sabers! Now I just have to make the bags with the kids help and print off some more pages from clone wars web-site and cook, cook, cook!

I a SO excited for the party this weekend! Today, I'm making up goody bags & baking Death Star cupcakes! I'll post photos when they're done.
We're having a light saber duel to start the party, serving pizza and chips before the DVD then the cupcakes after. The boys are going to have tons of fun! And "Uncle Nick" (my best friend's husband) is even bringing his "real" light saber.
Woo hoo!!!
