The "Mix It, Mash It, Eat It" Contest is up and running.

Through October 16th, partygoers will be uploading photos from their parties, voting for their favorites, and forwarding their pics to anyone and everyone to get more votes for their party.

It's fun, easy and free.

  1. Upload your favorite photos -- the more the better! -- using the easy upload tool (just log in and click "Party Media")
  2. To cast a vote, select a photo to appear in the PartyVision viewer, then click on it to bring up the voting page.
  3. Cast your vote, then use the "send a pic" feature to send it to everyone on your email list.  (Don't forget to ask them to vote for your photo!)

The parties whose photos have generated the most votes by October 16th will win some fun prizes.  So start your voting today!

I was also wondering how they do the voting. I counted up all the votes on my party and we have about 140 or maybe even more. Is there something that I am doing wrong? Do they add them all up and average them out or what? My kids are the ones really wondering since, they have all there friends voting.

I agree !! Also the Contest leaders have not been updated either. There are people with more votes than some in the top 5

I hate to complain, but the voting page is very non-intuitive. You pull it up, and there are no instructions on how to vote. I spent alot of time trying to figure it out, and then tried loading the page in another browser. Finally, I accidently clicked on the rating, and got a "thank you for voting"--unfortunately, there is no way to change a vote if you accidently click on it (which is probably the main way people are going to figure out how to vote.)
I realize this is an alpha site, so I hope improvements will be made in the future. The party was great, and I'm thankful to have been picked for it. I've just been frustrated by the lack of information given on these pages about the party, about how to use the various features such as voting, lack of information on what information is automatically included on a party invitation, etc.
Also frustrating is the inability to stay logged on to this site for any length of time. This isn't a bank account or a public computer, I'd like the ability to stay logged on indefinitely.
