Take a moment now to finalize some basic party plans, so you can be sure to have fun at the party too. You’ll be amazed how fast and easy it is to get things up and running.
- Make sure your Xbox LIVE Gold membership is in place.
- Activate your Netflix membership.
- Decide on movie-time snacks and beverages.
- Select the movie or movies you’ll be watching.
- Choose the games and activities you’ll be playing.
- Involve your guests.
What last minute tips do you have for your fellow hosts?

well I did not get my pakage I delt with this for a wk or so ,my party is just going to be a dvd pop in and everyone just playing the games they do I can not join all of the other hosts with all the excitment I am very disappointed oh well such is life

Woo hoo our party is back on! Hubby ran out and bought a new Xbox and is setting it up now. Considering how much we used it and how important it was (it was a great way of keeping in touch with friends while we were stationed overseas) we should have a funeral for the dead one during the party.

I LOVE my party pack!! Especially the Scene It bonus!! Netflix streaming is super convient and awesome! The Microsoft points card is great.Thank you Houseparty, Netflix and XBOX!! We plan on having a great time at my party!

we are overly ready and plan on watching a new movie using the microsoft points provided. We are using the scene it game and whoever wins the most on gears of war 2 will take scene it home with them!

OH NO!! our video card went out on my xbox we got to send it to microsoft. I hope we get to borrow one in time!!! :-( I am so sad!

So sad, houseparty just informed me they cannot send a Scene it game, because "there are no extras". Meanwhile, the one that was sent to me on Monday was shipped back on Wednesday (without a second delivery). I wouldn't consider that as needing an "extra" one, only as sending it back to me. Oh well, I guess I'll make the best of it, I just don't understand their logic.

We got the Red Ring of Death!!!! :( We already sent it to MS for a repair once before, and the warenty is expired now. So, I guess we have to go buy a new one.
Why do these things always happen at times like this?
I hope Target has the one we want in stock becasue I don't feel like driving all over town today. It's cold outside!
