Hey Partyhardykb, Great idea.. uh.. if I did not already eat the melty, broken ones..LOL. It has been so hot in Alabma lately. Unless it gives a break, I am going with the store bought tasting. I have picked up several PF cakes (they rock!) and will be replacing the Tahiti cookies on my Thursday Grocery run.. Hmm.. maybe I should open the Black and Whites and sample them before I run to the grocery on Thursday.. they may be broke.. Oh wait, that was me stepping on the bag..LOL

Received my party supplies and all were broke except the Srawberry Verona, very unaccetable. Unable to used like is. Plan to grind all up and use as toppings but have to purchase replacement cookies; if I decide worth the trouble.

hey nanci, did you see the tahitian parfait recipe in the recipe section? here's the link: http://www.houseparty.com/resources/view/696 you could crumble up the cookies that melted and make some parfaits -- they look yummy and no one will ever notice the melty cookies!

Yep - had to hide them immediately!!! Problem is, I can hide them from the family, but not from myself - let's see if I can last til Saturday - lol

Could not resist and opened the Tahiti cookies. (plan on buying more) Just a heads up, my cookies were very melted from delivery. You might want to plan on buying several of the chocolate style cookies at your local grocery store and not count on the ones in the pack. I would hate for you to experience last minute problems with your tasting.

I got my package the other day. The Tahiti cookies look so good. I had to hide them in my cupboard so they wouldn't "disappear" before next Friday! I'm really excited for next week. My parents happen to be driving into town for the weekend, so this will be a nice added bonus for them. We're going to get some more Pepperidge Farm cookies and do a "Cookie Tasting!"
