Ingredients:

1 can 15 ounce coconut cream

1  - 8  ounce cream cheese

1 - 16 ounce cool whip

red food coloring

Directions:

mix coconut cream and cream cheese until smooth, add a few drops of the red food coloring to make it pink, fold in cool whip; keep refrigerated until party; this is awesome with all kinds of fruit, but pineapple and strawberries are super yummy! we have even used graham cracker strips for the kids.
