Crunch Cabbage Salad

Ingredients:
1 15-16 oz. bag shredded cabbage (coleslaw mix)
1 cup red or green seedless grapes, cut in half
1 cup cashew halves
2 Tablespoons sunflower seed kernels
2 pkgs. Ramen Pride noodles (oriental flavor)
2 Tablespoons vinegar
4 Tablespoons sugar
3/4 cup vegetable oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Combine first four ingredients in a bowl. Mix in uncooked noodles (do not mix in the flavor packet). Mix 1 flavor packet with vinegar, sugar, vegetable oil, salt and pepper until sugar is dissolved. Pour dressing over salad 1 hour before serving.

this is very good, I added chicken and used the chinese rice vinegar available at the grocery store. awesome and easy.
