Healthy Holiday Broccoli Salad

Ingredients:
3 cups broccoli (cut-up)
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup chopped or sliced almonds
1/3 cup coarsely chopped red onions
1 cup fat free mayonaise
2 tablespoons vinegar
1/4 cup Spenda
Directions:
Layer Broccoli, raisins, onions, almonds in a 2-quart casserole dish (I use a deep oval casserole.). Set aside. Using a wisk, mix mayonaise, vinegar, and splenda together until smooth to make the dressing. Pour dressing over the top of the broccoli until the top is covered. Cover dish and place it in the refrigerator until ready to serve to allow the flavors to combine. Toss lightly before serving. For best results, make the salad the night before or at least several hours before serving.
