Sea Food Chowder

Ingredients:
1 lb talipia cubed, 1 lb shrimp, 1 lb scollaps, 1sm onion chopped, 1sm potato peeled and small cubed, 4 celery stalks chopped 1 can progresso new england clam chowder 1tbs each basil, tyme oregano, rosemary, 2tbs dill 3 quts skim milk 1-2 cups mash potato flakes grated carrots for garnish
Directions:
combine all ingredients EXCEPT mashed potato flaked in 5 qt crock pot cook on low for 7 hrs slowly add potato flakes till consistancy thickens give time for flakes to disolve fully garnish w/ grated carrots
Yield:
5 quarts
