posted by RebeccaMohning

Ingredients:

HEALTHY NOTE: You already know yogurt is a health lover's delight. But if you're only eating yogurt with a spoon, you're missing a real treat. This tasty taziki sauce demands to be eaten with your favorite vegetable or a piece of crusty artisan bread. Dig in!

4 oz. fresh plain fat-free yogurt (Greek style is best)
1/4 cucumber seeded and grated
1 teaspoon minced garlic
Salt and pepper (optional)

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together and place in fridge until needed. If the yogurt has too much liquid in it, then strain it through a net. Dip your favorite vegetables or bread in it.
