Hershey's Chocolate BLISS dipped spoon Party Favor

Description:

As an added "treat", we have dipped clear plastic spoons in melted Hershey's Bliss chocolate, added colored sprinkles and decorated with tulle and ribbon. We will have these in containers for our guests to "indulge" with a cup of coffee or homemade hot chocolate.

Note: Picture is of spoons without tulle wrapping.

1. Cover cookie sheets with waxed paper.
2. Place one cup of broken up Hershey's Bliss chocolate in heat-proof measuring cup. A smaller, deeper cup gives best results.
3. Microwave chocolate melts at 50% power for 1 minute. Remove cup and stir. Continue microwaving at 50% power, stirring every 30 seconds, until chocolate is melted and smooth. Do not over-heat chocolate.
4. To thin chocolate, add 1 teaspoon butter per cup of chocolate chips. Stir gently.
5. Dip plastic spoons in melted chocolate to cover the bowl of the spoon.
6. Remove excess chocolate by tapping tip gently against the side of the measuring cup.
7. If chocolate thickens, return to the microwave for 30 seconds at 50% power, stir gently.
8. Cool thoroughly before wrapping individually.
9. Cut a circle of tulle the size of a large cereal bowl.
10. Place chocolate spoon in center of tulle and pull over bowl of spoon and tie with curling ribbon (curl ends if desired).
