FARMER'S MARKET FRESH SALSA OLE

Ingredients:
medium tomatoes, seeded, chopped (2 cups)
medium onion, chopped (1/2 cup)
cup chopped green bell pepper (1/2 medium)
cup chopped fresh cilantro
tablespoons lemon juice
tablespoon lime juice
Directions:
In medium nonmetal bowl, mix all ingredients. Cover; refrigerate 1 to 2 hours to blend flavors.
Serve with tortilla chips. Cover and refrigerate any remaining salsa up to 5 days.
I omitted the bell pepper just because I like my salsa more "traditional"
Yield:
24 servings (2 tablespoons each)
