Healthy Hillshire Roll ups

Ingredients:

1 pkg Hillshire Farm® Hearty Slices Oven Roasted Turkey Breast

Romaine lettuce leaves

1 pkg lite cream cheese

2 tbsp low-fat milk

roasted red peppers in jar, cut into strips

Soft large whole wheat tortilla or lavosh bread

pinch of salt and pepper

Directions:

Thin cream cheese in bowl with 2 tbsp milk, add pinch of salt and pepper and mix until smooth. Spread thin layer on tortilla or lavosh. Layer Hillshire Farms turkey and lettuce leaves. Line roasted red pepper strips across one end of tortilla. Start rolling from there. Once you have a roll, slice it into 2 inch pieces and serve pinwheels on decorative tray. You can add any other toppings to your roll, including cheese, pine nuts, sprouts, or anything healthy you can think of!

We are making these for lunch today, not a turkey lover so gonna ham it up! adding pickles, red onions and either olives or cucumbers................
