Greg poupon down home potato salad

Ingredients:
2 pounds red skin potatoes, cooked and diced
3 cups diced ham (about 1 pound)
1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
3 scallions, cut into one inch pieces
1/3 cup GREY POUPON dijon mustard
1/3 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
Directions:
In large bowl, combine potatoes, ham, tomatoes and scallions, set aside.
In small bowl, combine mustard, mayonnaise and vinegar. Stir into potato mixture, tossing to coat well.
cover; chill at least 2 hours to blend flavors.
Yield:
makes 10 cups
