Mayo and Mustard Cod w/dijon mustard

Ingredients:
1/4 cup(s) light mayonnaise1/2 teaspoon(s)Dijon mustard
1/8 teaspoon(s) salt
1/8 teaspoon(s)coarsely ground black pepper
4 small(6 ounces each) cod steaks (3/4 inch thick)
Directions:
- Preheat broiler. Lightly spray rack in broiling pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- In small bowl, mix mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper; set aside.
- Place cod steaks on rack in broiling pan. With broiling pan at closest position to source of heat, broil cod 7 minutes. Remove pan from broiler; do not turn cod over. Spread mayonnaise mixture on top of cod. Return pan to broiler and broil cod 1 to 2 minutes longer, until mayonnaise mixture is lightly browned and bubbly and cod flakes easily when tested with a fork.
