Salsa Cheese Bites

Ingredients:

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

8 oz. philadelphia cream cheese, softened

1 small jar of salsa 

24 individual puff pastry cups

Directions:

Mix both cheeses together then add in 1/2 cup of salsa continually adding more until slightly wet.  Portion into puff pastry cups and bake at 350 degrees until lightly browned.

Yield:

24 servings
