Oreo Truffles

Ingredients:
3 sleeves of Oreo cookies, crushed in a food processor finely
8 oz Philadelphia cream cheese
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 lb milk chocolate
1/4 lb white chocolate
Directions:
1. With a mixer, blend cookie powder, cream cheese and vanilla extract until thoroughly mixed (there should be no white traces of cream cheese)
2. Roll into small balls and place on wax-lined cookie sheet.
3. Refrigerate for 45 minutes.
4. Line two cookie sheets with wax paper.
5. In double-boiler, melt milk chocolate. Dip balls and coat thoroughly. Place on lined sheets to dry.
6. Melt white chocolate. Using fork, drizzle melted chocolate over dried truffles.
7. Let cool. Keep refrigerated until serving.
Yield:
about 40 truffles
