Autumn Pear Crisps

Ingredients:

1 oz. (1/8 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1 Tbsp.  brown sugar
1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
1   large pear, peeled, cored and chopped
4 NILLA Wafers, coarsely chopped
1 Tbsp.  Pecan Pieces
1 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp.  thawed Whipped Topping

Directions:

PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Spray two (6-oz.) custard cups with cooking spray. Mix cream cheese, sugar and cinnamon until blended. Stir in pears. Spoon into prepared cups.

MIX wafers, pecans and butter in small bowl. Sprinkle over cream cheese mixture. Place cups on baking sheet.

BAKE 25 min. or until pears are bubbling. Serve warm; top each serving with a dollop of whipped topping just before serving.

Substitute
Substitute 1 large apple for the pear for a great apple crisp.
How to Re-Freeze COOL WHIP
Once thawed, COOL WHIP can be returned to the freezer and re-frozen up to 5 times.
