VELVEETA Bacon and Green Onion Dip

Ingredients:
1 lb. (16 oz.) VELVEETA Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
4 green onions, sliced
1/2 cup OSCAR MAYER Bacon Pieces
1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
Directions:
Mix VELVEETA, onions and bacon in large microwaveable bowl.
Microwave on HIGH 5 min. or until VELVEETA is completely melted, stirring after 3 min.
Stir in sour cream.
Serve with assorted cut-up fresh vegetables or WHEAT THINS Crackers.
Keeping It Safe: Hot dips should be discarded after setting at room temperature for 2 hours or longer.
How to Cut Up VELVEETA: Cut VELVEETA (the whole loaf) into slices about 1/2-inch thick. Then, cut each slice crosswise in both directions to make cubes.
VELVEETA Mexican Salsa Dip: Prepare using VELVEETA Mild Mexican Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product.
Nutrition Information Per Serving: 90 calories, 6g total fat, 4g saturated fat, 25mg cholesterol, 420mg sodium, 3g carbohydrate, 0g dietary fiber, 2g sugars, 5g protein, 6%DV vitamin A, 0%DV vitamin C, 10%DV calcium, 0%DV iron.
Yield:
MAKES: 2-1/2 cups or 20 servings, 2 Tbsp. each. TO HALVE: Cut ingredients in half. Mix ingredients in 1-qt. microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 3 to 4 min. or until VELVEETA is completely melted, stirring after 2 min. Serve as directed. Makes 12 servings, 2 Tbsp. each.

This sounds fabulous - will fix this weekend!! And, Minnie, the Oscar Meyer bacon IS REAL bacon and it's delish!! Of course fresh fried bacon is always a good thing, but keep OM in mind if you're in a time crunch! Mmmmmmmm, my stomach's growlin!!
