the "real" cake I am making for the SARGENTO party is 

 "Sunshine Cake", very easy, really tasty.  and the beauty of this cake is part of it is store bought, gotta love that when one is busy with party plans!  Also, the sugar cones work as holders to serve the cake, it's a party blast!
