Ingredients:

Pepperidge Farm Chessmen cookies - small handful, crumbled

vanilla ice cream

1 stick of butter

1/2 cup of brown sugar

4 bananas

1/2 cup of banana liqueur

1 cup of heavy whipping cream

2 tablespoon of ultra fine sugar

2 tablespoons of brandy

Directions:

Whipped cream:

In a chilled bowl - beat the cream, sugar and brandy until stiff peaks form. Set aside in refrigerator.

Bananas Foster:

Melt butter in a large skillet

Add brown sugar and stir

Add sliced bananas and allow them to carmalize over medium heat

Pour in banana liqueur and light on fire w/ BBQ lighter (BE CAREFUL - FLAME WILL SHOOT UP)

Let flame die down.

Assembly:

In pre-prepared martini glass (Small handful of crumbled Chessmen cookies should already be in the bottom of the glass), add 1-2 scoops of ice cream, add hot bananas, add cold brandy whipped cream, and serve immediately.
