posted by RebeccaMohning
Ingredients:
HEALTHY NOTE: Eating this tasty dip can put you in a distinctly un-crabby mood. Your guests will be eager to dig their claws into it – and with only 21 calories per tablespoon, they can get their claws in pretty deep.
1 cup fat-free cottage cheese
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1.5 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon hot sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1 garlic clove
1 (8 ounce block) reduced fat cream cheese
2 tablespoons chopped green onion
1 lb lump crab meat
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
¼ cup dry breadcrumbs
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°. Combine first 9 ingredients in food processor and process until smooth. Combine cream cheese, cottage cheese mixture and onion into bowl.
