Party Hummus

Ingredients:
HEALTHY NOTE: What’s a party without dip? A bunch of people standing around with confused or disappointed expressions. But you don’t need to make a creamy and fattening concoction – you can try hummus – a zesty paste made from chick peas that takes just minutes to prepare. Now you can serve your dip and eat it, too!
1 19 ounce can chick peas (garbanzo beans) drained and rinsed
3-4 garlic cloves, crushed
¼ red onion
¼ cup tahini
¼ cup fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
Directions:
It’s easy – just mix all the ingredients together!

Yield:
About 2.5 cups; serving size: 2 tablespoons
