Ingredients:
1 sugar free angel food cake sliced into 3 layers , 1 can crushed pineapple in juice(20 oz), 1 box sugar free vanilla instant jello pudding(4 serving size),1 container sugar free cool whip (thawed),fresh strawberries for garnish
Directions:
Pour pineapple in large bowl (juice and all)add jello mix with whisk or large spoon (no mixer) mix for 3-5 min. add cool whip blend together chill 5 min. Put bottom layer of cake on plate,spread layer with pineapple mixture,add next layer repeat for next layer using all 3, frost.Slice strawberries in half and place on top. Chill
Yield:
12-16 servings

I really like this recipe since it incorporates natural flavors from the fruit, and not only is it low in fat but also low in sugar. This is a dessert that everyone can enjoy guilt-free.
