It looks like we are going to have one more good weekend of weather. So the party will be grilling.... hamburgers, bratwurst, and hot dogs. Then some potato salad, coleslaw and a green salad. I have a bunch of recipes for dressings with my mustard. Also some dipping sauces for veggies and pretzels. Now all that is left is to figure out dessert. LOL

I am going to have pretzels, bratwurst, cheese, crackers etc. I will also be making a main entree ... I am going take the coarse ground mustard, mix it with a little honey and steak sauce and put it on chicken and throw it on the grill. Then I'll served it over a bed of rice with seasonal vegetables.

I am going to buy boxes of the frozen pretzel nibs. Have them available warm with dipping mustards. In the area of PA where I live hot pretzels and mustard is a fave. I also have a great Dijon Pork recipe that is a quick but yummy dish that I plan to make. It's easily found on recipezaar.com We're going to have rock band available to play for some fun. The kids will get a kick out of seeing the adults play. Still working on some other ideas.

This will be a great party! We are going to "Catch-Up" over Mustard!! (hahaha!) For the food, we will have a great variety, from grilled burgers to more complicated salads. We will play games and enjoy each others company!

I am planning on appetizers and a main dish with chicken (chicken a la dijon) that uses mustard. I have always received lots of compliments on this dish.

I have the best chicken recipe. Take a whole chicken, leave the skin on, coat with 1/4 cup of soy sauce, couple of teaspoons of fresh, chopped rosemary, some minced garlic, then cover the entire chicken with good dijon mustard. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 45 minutes, without opening oven, after that, uncover and baste every 15 minutes until done, should be a total cook time of around 90 minutes to 2 hours depending on the size.

Cook ground beef and season to taste. Add stewed tomatoes. Put mixture into a 9x13 baking dish. Top ground beef mixture with cooked egg noodles. In a large bowl mix cream cheese, sour cream and mustard. Then spread over the egg noodles. Cover with cheese. Put in a 375 degree oven for 30 minutes or until cheese looks too good to resist.

We are grilling out and making and sweet & spicy pork stir fry dish that uses lots of mustard. We are also having a Grey Poupon Mustard Taste Test Event. If anyone guesses the 3 different kinds of Grey Poupon, they will win a prize.

I think I am going to do a taste test on people. Make different items like deviled eggs and a few different items. Use one mustard on one set and make the same item using the other mustards as well and find out what people like best. We all tend to stick with our old normals and who knows we might find out we like it better with a different mustard?

I've been planning things in my head! I want to make different mustards with dressings, maybe egg/chicken salad finger salads, etc., a pretzel dipping station, that yummy french bread recipe and whatnot so my guests can see all the different things that you can do with mustard besides just slathering it on a sandwich. I am SO excited for this!

I have been using some of the recipes from my alli cookbook, and they call for dijon mustards, Grey Poupon makes the BEST! I hope to be chosen for this one!

I'm excited for this party!! I love the ideas everyone has added. I think we're going to do the "dipping" stations as well as many "finger" foods. I know my friends all like food, so this will certainly be a hit!!

I got a fabulous new recipe for a mustard glazed pork tenderloin. I plan on using it as a "main" dish for the party, then using different meats, cheeses, and pretzels for dipping in the mustard. This party is going to be a blast. Mustard seems to be a hit with most people, so narrowing down my friends to see I would invite was a chore, but it's going to be so much fun.

we will be having different meats and cheeses to dip in the mustards, also some macaroni & cheese, made with mustard, and crab dip. This is a "tasting" but I am sure there will be enough food for all.
